Developed exclusively for Antalya Pera Yapı, the Likya Park 4 project is a high-end architectural visualization where modern living meets aesthetics and functionality. Encompassing both interior design and exterior project phases, this work was meticulously crafted using the powerful modeling tools of Blender and the Cycles render engine.

Artistic Analysis and Material Selection

The living area depicted in the image is a perfect example of minimalist elegance and contemporary design. The core elements defining the spirit of the space include:

• Natural Material Harmony: The natural wood texture used on the staircase treads and TV unit panels breaks the cool tones of the space, creating a warm atmosphere.
• Marble and Contrast: The veined white marble preferred for the TV backdrop reinforces the sense of luxury while creating a modern contrast with the black track lighting systems and metallic details on the staircase frame.
• Architectural Details: The floating staircase design, combined with transparent glass railings, enhances the perception of depth and provides a spacious transition area.
• Light and Color Palette: The soft daylight achieved through the Cycles render engine interacts beautifully with the linen-textured fabrics and matte surfaces of the furniture. The color palette, consisting of beige, cream, and earth tones, promises a peaceful living space.

Technical Excellence

This project pushes the boundaries of photorealistic visualization techniques. Precise geometric structures created in Blender, combined with high-resolution textures and physically-based light calculations, give the viewer the feeling of walking through a building that has not yet been constructed. Likya Park 4 stands as one of the most distinguished examples in the Antalya Pera Yapı portfolio, serving as both a residential project and a piece of digital art.
